Shipping cost

Hobot provides free shipping on all orders, and no minimum purchase is necessary.

Where do you ship to?

Hobot only has the capacity to ship orders within Contiguous United States. FedEx Ground delivery is unable to deliver to Alaska、Puerto Rico or Hawaii for free.We are unable to accommodate custom requests for deliveries, such as calling in advance, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the package in a specific location. Any such requests will have to be arranged by the customer with FedEx directly after placing the order.

Tracking number

When your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. The tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn't show up immediately.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into parts:

Processing time: within 24 hours
Shipping time: 3~5 working days by FedEx or UPS
